• 4 Laminated cards:-Heart, Diamond, Spade, Club
• Pack of playing cards
• Pencils or pens

Choose one of the playing cards.

Which suit have you chosen?

Use the themes linked to each suit as a guide for your thought and prayers:

• Club – What are you struggling with? What do you need help with?
• Diamond – What is precious to you? What are you thankful for?
• Heart – What do you love?
• Spade – What do you need to work harder at?

Write your thoughts or prayers on the card and keep it somewhere safe to remind you to pray.
